At Wildwood Resort & Marina, every corporate retreat and group event is thoughtfully tailored to reflect the goals, culture, and personality of each team. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach—because no two groups are alike. Unlike traditional hotels or event venues, Wildwood offers a personalized experience in a stunning lakeside setting in Nashville’s backyard. Whether you’re planning something simple and relaxed or a fully customized, multi-day itinerary, our dedicated events team is here to help you design a retreat that works for you. Below is a sample of our general rates to provide a baseline as you begin planning your experience.

Most of our corporate and group clients choose to stay for one or more nights to take full advantage of Wildwood’s immersive retreat experience.

For groups with overnight accommodations, private event space rental ranges from $450 to $750 per full day. 

Discounted rates are available for additional days or half-day use. AV equipment is available upon request and is priced separately, ranging from $50 to $250 depending on the type and setup required.

Our food and beverage offerings are thoughtfully crafted to complement your retreat, with pricing based on your selected menu.

Lunch options range from $25 to $30 per guest, while dinner selections range from $40 to $70 per guest, depending on entrée choices. A full breakfast buffet or plated breakfast options range from $25 – $30 per attendee, and break service—perfect for mid-meeting refreshment—ranges from $10 to $15 per person.

A curated selection of hors d’oeuvres is also available, priced between $13 and $25.

All meal pricing is inclusive of salad, entrée, two sides and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages are available at an additional cost.

Overnight accommodation rates at Wildwood Resort & Marina vary by day of the week, season and room type. Weekday rates typically range from $129 to $379 per room, while weekend rates range from $149 to $499, depending on number of rooms secured, and accommodation type.

Sample One-Night Group Retreat

Host an overnight retreat for 12 guests and your group will enjoy:

Per-Person Pricing:

• Double Occupancy: $381 – $499

• Single Occupancy: $473 – $651
