“I would highly recommend Barb for a massage. She creates a very relaxing and stress-free atmosphere before your massage even begins. I had severe pain in my hip that doctors tried to treat for three months which Barb repaired in one session. She is very intuned with each and every muscle as she performs a massage. Thanks Barb!!” – Kristie

“Amie was amazing.  She found every place in my neck and shoulders that needed work and energy.  Very respectful.  Kind and professional! ” – Mark

“Having a massage at Wildwood by Alex was exactly what my mind, body and spirit needed.  The space was so relaxing. Alex was extremely professional and somehow her hands and energy found the places that needed extra attention.  This will be a new tradition for our annual sisters getaway.   – Samantha

To Our Therapists

Barbara Rogers. Barbara is a graduate of the Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies in Brentwood Tennessee. She brings with her a passion for finding harmony in mind, body, and spirit and is trained in a vast variety of therapeutic massage techniques. When she is not providing bodywork she is usually on her 112-acre farm working in her gardens, enjoying the animals, and just relaxing in the tranquility of being grounded with Mother Earth.

Amie Lafever.  Amie has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2009. She loves doing neck and shoulder work, deep tissue and sports work too.  When she is not at Wildwood, you can find her nearby in Cookeville at her spa.  Amie has a white/yellow lab who is 12 years old.  His name is Berkley. She and her farming husband Nelson are in the process of building a new home.  She loves waterfalls and taking nature pictures and being outdoors.

Alex Harned. Alex is a 2010 graduate of the Natural Health Institute in Nashville, TN. In her Cookeville studio, she specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology & Cupping.
Alex suffers from wanderlust, so while not working at Wildwood, Cookeville or music festivals she is most likely off globetrotting.
