Bartender
Wildwood Resort and Marina is an amazing place to live, work and play year-round. We are looking for a talented, experienced Bartender to complete our experienced food & beverage team at the resort. Our Bartenders provide lunch and dinner service to guests in our bar and dining room. Our Bartenders also provide service for catered functions and events throughout the year. We look for warm, friendly people with healthy, active lifestyles, high standards and high integrity, who have been top performers in their previous roles and love what they do. Restaurant Server
Wildwood Resort and Marina is an amazing place to work and play year-round. Our Servers provide an exceptional guest experience during restaurant service, plus as needed working catering events, weddings, and other group events. We look for warm, friendly people with healthy, active lifestyles, high standards and high integrity, who have been top performers in their previous roles and love what they do.
Given our location, most of our guests eat with us in our relaxed Lakeside Restaurant and Bar each night, in addition to our faithful locals. The resort is a coveted venue for weddings, reunions and small group events. Wildwood caters to 20-30 customized weddings, corporate retreats, and family reunions.
Event Server
At Wildwood Resort and Marina the Event Server assists the Group & Event Managers with the resort’s on-site events. The resort hosts about 10 weddings each year for 50-100 guests, as well as hosting reunions and other specialty events. The resort also has a thriving corporate retreat business, focused on events of 10-50 people.
The right person for this role has event experience and enjoys assisting in creating customized experiences and events. For the right creative, energized, and nature loving person this is a dream job. This role is ideal for a talented individual who enjoys direct outreach, guest contact and varied responsibilities, and who possesses strong communication and organizational skills.
Holston Clerk
We are looking for an engaging Holston Clerk to join the team and create a welcoming, professional, and clean environment for our guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing amazing guest service and brings a warm and positive attitude to the department. The Holston team engages with guests and staff throughout their shift, which requires the ability to provide direction as well as attentive, caring guest service.
Concierge Manager
We are looking for a warm and friendly individual with high standards who enjoys creating memorable experiences and providing exceptional guest service. Ideal candidates have prior experience in guest service, Concierge, Front Desk, Reservations, problem solving, and guest recovery. Facilities Crew
Our facilities crew works closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure the property functions well, is exceptionally maintained, and provides a great guest experience. The ideal candidate is able to work in a fast paced and busy environment as a versatile team member. Facilities crew members work together to keep the grounds and buildings in proper working order. Skills utilized as a maintenance crew member include plumbing, electrical, woodworking, general construction, landscaping, painting, and winter maintenance.
