Red Silo Brewing Company is Cookeville Tennessee’s  first brewery located in the historical West Side of Cookeville. They produce small batch beers and sodas and currently have 26 beers on tap.

Hix Farm Brewery is a nano-brewery, farm and taproom.  They have a fifteen barrel brewery and grow their own hops on their farm.  The tap room is open 7 days a week and often feaures live music and fun events!

Jighead Brewery is one of those rare finds that made a home in an old warehouse.  Their love for creating and tasting keeps their craft brew constantly evolving and changing.

The Timberloft is known for their specialty margaritas, but their fully stocked bar always features many of the local breweries as well as craft beers from around the country.  The rustic lodge style bar also has an outside patio with fire pit and they often have live music and entertainment.

Ebels Tavern is hidden away in almost a true to speakeasy form.  The Tavern’s Copper Bar was originally built to resemble the historic era of the founding of Carthage at the turn of the 20th Century. It was built in dedication to the beginning of the end of prohibition in Carthage in 2016. The Copper Bar is known for its extensive 50 bottle collection of Tennessee Whiskey’s, Kentucky Bourbons, Mexican Tequila’s, English Gin’s and Caribbean Rums.

Bull & Thistle is an Irish pub located in an old historic building on the square in Gainesboro.  Some come just for the atmosphere, the old bar, the history in the walls.  Most stay for the fine libations and assorted collection of craft and local beer.
