These houseboats are stationary in Wildwood’s marina and positioned for the most spectacular view that Wildwood offers. The floating cottages have two floors and an upper deck outdoor living area with a bar and furnishings. The full-size kitchen has all the amenities and comforts of home. The spacious covered dining porch on the bow of the boat has a dining room table and seating for six adults. The Harbor Cottages are everything you love about lake living with room to spare, making early morning fishing and sunsets on a pontoon convenient, all within steps to Wildwood’s waterfront restaurants, music, and bonfires.

All cancellations must be made at least 14 days before your arrival date to receive a refund of the deposit, minus a $25 cancelation fee. If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival date, you will be able to use the non-refundable deposit as a reservation extension toward a future stay. All reservation extensions will be charged a $25 fee and must be rebooked within a year of the canceled date. The deposit can only be used as a reservation extension or it will be forfeited.
