The Low Country Lake Home is a “tiny” modular chalet inspired by the marshlands and coastal regions surrounding Savannah and Charleston. The Low Country offers luxury fused with simplicity. This tiny home embraces minimalism without abandoning elegance by incorporating high-end finishes like aluminum-clad wood windows, quality appliances, stylish, brand-name faucets, beautiful quartz countertops, and more.
This Cordell Hull Lake Home is 464 square feet and has 3 walls of windows in the living space creating 270-degree views. The cedar shake shingles and Poplar bark siding gives it an earthy charm. It sleeps up to four (queen bed & queen sofa bed). The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, vanity cabinet, and commode. The cozy dining room can comfortably seat up to four and the fully equipped kitchen comes with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. All the cooking/eating utensils, dishware, and glassware are included.
The spacious living room is well-appointed and includes a queen sofa bed and lounge chairs. Step outside on the beautiful covered porch with large overhangs facing the lake. The Low Country Lake Home is conveniently located in the area of Wildwood known as The Woods and is only a short stroll to all of Wildwood’s activities, amenities, kayak, and paddleboard rentals and waterfront restaurant.

All cancellations must be made at least 14 days before your arrival date to receive a refund of the deposit, minus a $25 cancelation fee. If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival date, you will be able to use the non-refundable deposit as a reservation extension toward a future stay. All reservation extensions will be charged a $25 fee and must be rebooked within a year of the canceled date. The deposit can only be used as a reservation extension or it will be forfeited.
